Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Boston seeks an experienced ERISA class action attorney to lead the firm’s growing ERISA practice, with autonomy to shape strategy and run cases.

Candidates must have ERISA litigation experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and active bar status; collaboration and growth within a national platform are encouraged.

Qualifications

• ERISA class action litigation experience — plaintiff or defense side — including extensive experience in breach of fiduciary duty cases involving retirement or health benefits
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based
• Collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team
• Based across multiple markets including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Detroit, DC, Philadelphia, and beyond

We are looking for an experienced ERISA class action attorney to drive the firm's emerging ERISA class action practice.

What You Will Do
