Morgan & Morgan, P.A. seeks an experienced ERISA class action attorney to drive the firm’s growing ERISA practice. You will shape strategy, own cases, and build a practice group with national reach and robust resources.

We value independent, results-driven attorneys who can lead complex ERISA matters and collaborate with colleagues across offices in multiple markets, including Boston.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based.
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience, plaintiff or defense.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• Collaborative, self-directed work style with drive to grow within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from theory to trial.
• Collaborate with a national platform of employment and ERISA attorneys.
• Contribute to strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.
