Qualifications

• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience — plaintiff or defense side — including extensive experience in breach of fiduciary duty cases involving retirement or health benefits.
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team.
