Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Senior Manager of Stock Plan Administration to lead the day-to-day administration of our equity programs. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, HR, and accounting to ensure accurate, compliant equity experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing stock awards, ESPP, tax withholding, month-end reconciliations, and annual tax reporting, while driving process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in stock plan administration at a public company.
• Experience administering global equity plans and equity awards.
• SOX 404 experience and equity taxation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of global equity programs, including stock awards and ESPP.
• Improve stock administration processes and automate where possible.
• Maintain equity award database and ensure timely processing and recordings.
