Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manager, Equity Administration, to lead end-to-end equity cycle operations, administer deferred compensation plans, and partner with Legal, Finance, HR, and Payroll. The role emphasizes system design, process automation, and regulatory compliance.

The position reports to the VP of Executive Compensation and is based in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity administration, including stock-based awards.
• Experience administering Deferred Compensation plans.
• Experience using equity administration platforms.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, implementation and maintenance.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, with data management and reconciliation skills.
• Strong verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global equity lifecycle operations and related settlements.
• Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with SEC, IRS, SOX, and securities laws.
