insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Consultant, Equity Administration & Financial Reconciliation to own reconciliation of equity compensation and related financial data as customers migrate to the NextGen platform. You will reconcile ASC 718 expenses, tax, and EPS while mapping admin equity data between legacy and NextGen, delivering detailed reports and driving issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of financial accounting with equity compensation focus.
• Experience with ASC 718, ASC 260, tax and disclosures.
• Experience with data migration, mapping and validation across financial and equity administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile equity compensation financial reporting between legacy results and NextGen.
• Develop and deliver comparison reports for reconciliation cycles.
• Analyze differences, identify root causes, and propose resolutions.
• Provide clear reconciliation documentation for auditability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior members.
• Validate migrated data and ensure ESPP data accuracy.
• Produce reconciliation reports and maintain follow‑up trackers.
