You will work closely with front office, operations, custodians, and other teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.

The role requires 2–5+ years in trade support or middle office within financial services, with experience in IRS swaps and other derivatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of trade support or middle office experience in financial services.
• Experience supporting IRS derivatives, credit, bank debt, leveraged loans, or other derivatives preferred.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle: entry, booking, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support the full trade lifecycle across credit, derivatives, and other financial products.
• Process and reconcile trade activity, ensuring accurate settlement.
• Review trade details and resolve discrepancies across internal systems, counterparties, and custodians.
• Support trade confirmations, settlements, allocations, and position reconciliations.
• Enter and maintain trades across products including credit, IRS swaps, and other derivatives.
• Collaborate with front office, operations, custodians, and counterparties to resolve issues.
• Monitor settlement activity and follow up on failed trades.
• Maintain accurate trade and position records across systems.
• Assist with daily middle office functions, including cash, position, and transaction reconciliations.
• Research and resolve breaks between internal records and external parties.
• Support derivative trade processing and corporate actions impacting positions.
• Prepare and maintain daily and ad hoc operational reports.
• Identify process improvements and assist with related projects.
