Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB in New York is seeking a Trade Support Middle Office professional for the Interest Rate Derivatives group. You will support and control trades initiated by the NY Front Office, ensuring accurate capture and processing across systems and maintaining robust controls to mitigate risk.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, develop system knowledge and market practices, and report to the NY Head of IRD Middle Office. This role is based in New York.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactional integrity and accuracy of positions across IRD systems.
• Investigate trade discrepancies for prompt, accurate resolution to stakeholders.
• Facilitate trade modifications in FO systems as requested.
• Manage and control trades’ life cycle events.
• Verify modifications of discrepant trades’ impact on Risk and PnL for transparency to FO.
• Transmit FO trade documents to Paris BO/MO groups for final verification and documentation.
• Maintain referential data in FO systems.
• Assist in identification, specification, and testing of system enhancements.
• Propose updates to controls and procedures to reduce operational risk.
• Document functions into procedures and keep information updated.
• Escalate issues and anomalies detected.
• Develop strong relationships with local and global teams.
• Participate in business projects.
• Service Quality and Processes improvement: Propose and formalize improvements on controls and procedures; develop efficiency initiatives.
