Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration and define system enhancements.
• Provide expert in apps support and advancement of principles.
• Define scope and objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and systems analysts to determine impacts and support requirements.
• Assess implications of applying technology to the current environment.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation options.
• Coach new or junior analysts and allocate work.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define problems and develop solutions.
• Influence strategic decisions through advisory services.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations and escalate control issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
