S&P Global is seeking a dynamic sales professional for its North American Equity Data Analytics team in New York City. You will drive revenue by selling our Equities product suite, managing complex client relationships, and coordinating across global centers to maximize new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with a market data vendor or bank, managing complex relationships.
• Knowledge and experience of equity markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong inter-personal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate lead pipeline for new and existing clients.
• Report actual vs budgeted sales regularly.
• Maintain communication with accounts and build trust for cross-selling.
• Identify client needs and cross-sell opportunities to product lines.
• Proactively seek referrals from existing accounts.
• Own client issues with data and BD teams.
• Maintain pipeline and Salesforce reports.
• Delegate non–$ opportunity activities to support teams.
• Keep product knowledge high for your product area.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, mentoring Sales peers.
• Participate in Sales Conferences and events to drive revenue and retention.
