Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking an Equipment Technician at our Mesa, AZ facility to maintain and improve CGM production equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and safety of manufacturing lines.

You will document maintenance activities, manage parts inventories, and collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to drive equipment performance and process improvements across manufacturing and R&D operations.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience supporting production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with automated equipment and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment, processes, and electronics.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to improve performance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventories.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Support programming, integration, and operation of automated equipment.
• Assist in development of equipment and processes.
• Support group lead responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with quality/regulatory requirements.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
