Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an Equipment Technician II in Mesa, AZ to own maintenance and reliability of Test Lab equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical assemblies, and document work orders in Maximo while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure equipment readiness.

The role requires 2–4 years in a technical maintenance environment, ability to read schematics, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
2–4 years in equipment maintenance, test lab ops, or related field.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems.
Experience interpreting electrical schematics and maintenance docs.
Proficient with CMMS systems (Maximo) and data-driven maintenance.
Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own reliability and maintenance of assigned Test Lab equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures and schedules.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies, sensors, and test equipment.
Use schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Monitor equipment performance and maintain documentation and Maximo work orders.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.
Support calibration, IOQ/LRA, and validation activities as needed.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.
