Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an Equipment Technician III for its Test Lab in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair of electrical systems, and driving reliability improvements in CGM equipment.

You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to solve complex challenges and support calibration and validation activities. You will mentor lower‑level technicians, develop maintenance procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification in Electronics or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, electronics modules, test equipment.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and lab/test environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, electronic modules, sensors, and test equipment.
• Lead downtime recovery and complex troubleshooting efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to implement fixes.
• Support calibration, qualification, validation, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures and diagnostic guides.
