Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing/test lab environments.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo) and calibration programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Test Lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies, instrumentation, and test rigs.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment binders, and Maximo work orders.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
