Job summary

Dexcom is a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology. The Equipment Maintenance team supports Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and R&D to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently.

As an Equipment Technician 3, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to improvements driving quality and safety in CGM production lines.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience supporting production equipment, manufacturing processes, and/or electronics.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment, processes, and electronic systems.
• Ability to identify equipment deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and maintaining equipment documentation.
• Strong knowledge of automated equipment, system integration, and process controls.
• Work independently while collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment, processes, and electronics in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and R&D.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and electronics; implement improvements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment safe and functional.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and replacement parts inventories.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, engineers, and teams to support performance and excellence.
• Support programming, integration, and operation of automated equipment and systems.
• Assist in development of equipment, processes, and electronics through planning, testing, and implementation.
• Provide guidance to team members and assist with group lead responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with quality/regulatory requirements.
