Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an Equipment Technician II to join the Test Lab in Mesa, AZ. You will own maintenance, reliability, and performance of assigned equipment, performing preventive and corrective tasks and collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and R&D.

You'll use schematics, diagnostics, and CMMS like Maximo; participate in root cause analysis, IOQ, calibration, and validations, and help drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in equipment maintenance or related field.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Experience with preventive/corrective maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and maintenance docs.
• Familiar with Maximo or similar CMMS.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test-lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair electrical assemblies and instrumentation.
• Diagnose failures, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records and Maximo work orders.
• Support calibration, IOQ, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D.
