Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of related experience with production equipment and electronics.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and improve manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and documentation.
• Knowledge of automated equipment, controls systems and process controls.
• Independent work style with strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment, processes, and electronics in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering and R&D.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and electronic issues; implement improvements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment safe and functional.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment docs, and replacement parts inventories.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Support programming, integration, and operation of automated equipment and systems.
• Assist in planning, purchasing, assembly, testing, and implementation activities.
• Contribute to engineering and equipment improvement projects with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance to team members and assist with group lead responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
