The role involves planning capacity, handling exceptions, and coordinating equipment requests across the bottler organization.

The position requires strong communication, scheduling, and SAP-based workflow management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience in beverage, customer service, or logistics.
• Experience with field service or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules to meet customer priorities.
• Use SAP and other screens to manage service tickets and parts orders.
• Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors, Sales, and bottler teams to ensure timely service.
