Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Sales and Service is seeking a Senior Equipment Services Logistics Coordinator to efficiently schedule 15+ technicians daily. The role interfaces with Field Service Supervisors, Customers, Sales, and other Coca-Cola Service teams to optimize capacity, including overtime as needed.

The incumbent will work in SAP to support bottler activities and ensure timely service calls and on-time parts delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• 1–2 years in beverage, customer service, or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule 15+ technicians daily with SAP and routing tools.
• Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors, Customers, Sales, and other teams.
• Identify gaps in schedules, zone coverage, and skills to optimize capacity.
• Process purchase orders and track parts for service activities.
• Handle escalations and ensure service levels are met.
