Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in beverage industry, customer service, or logistics/transportation.
• Knowledge of the service or logistics industry.
• Hybrid work environment with regular office presence at a Coca-Cola Bottlers’ Sales & Service location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technician routes and make logic-based scheduling decisions.
• Navigate SAP and multiple screens to manage service activities and parts orders.
• Coordinate field service requests with bottlers and center for timely execution.
• Handle escalations and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
