Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Service, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Senior Equipment Services Logistics Coordinator to schedule 15+ technicians daily and interface with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to optimize coverage and skill utilization.

Use SAP to support bottler/client field service activities, coordinate parts and orders, and manage project-related tasks while ensuring timely service and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of beverage industry, customer service, or logistics experience.
• Hybrid work environment with regular office presence.
• Travel not required unless for meetings/training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor install/service technician routes and adjust schedules to resolve issues.
• Update routing profiles for skills, permits, and zones.
• Handle inbound inquiries and service tickets to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to ensure SLA adherence.
• Process orders, parts, and returns and support large project requests.
