Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment of medium size to assist in construction, maintenance and repair of city grounds, roads, water and sewer systems.
• Perform manual labor such as sweeping, digging, and loading/unloading materials.
• Inspect equipment and identify repairs; perform basic maintenance and ensure safety on job sites.
• Take and relay information, respond to requests for service, and communicate with officials, employees, and the public.
