Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains light equipment used in city grounds and roadwork.
• Inspects equipment before use and performs basic maintenance tasks.
• Performs manual labor for construction, maintenance, and repair of roads, drainage, and grounds.
• Cleans catch basins, ditches, and right-of-ways; loads/unloads supplies as needed.
• May assist with traffic control and signs; and supports general city maintenance tasks.
