Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 1 year experience in road or construction field, outdoors.
• Able to read, understand, and write simple sentences, and perform simple mathematical equations.
• Must observe all safety protocol.
• Must lift up to 51 pounds and work outdoors in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate Rubbertire Backhoe/ Excavator, Base Roller, Small Asphalt Roller, and Powerbroom.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment (lubricating, cleaning, fueling).
• Make connections between equipment and attachments; use hand tools to complete tasks.
• Perform laborer activities when not operating the equipment.
