Job summary

Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Foreman to coordinate daily field operations on Louisiana projects. You will lead crews, allocate equipment and materials, and work with supervision to deliver safe, on‑time, and quality work.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in heavy civil construction and 1–2 years in supervisory roles, read plans, follow OSHA rules, and communicate effectively with team members and project managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and grades.

Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt paving projects, crews, and equipment.
• Plan daily/weekly production and audit timesheets.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to meet goals.
• Lead TAR meetings with the crew before shifts.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
