Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Loader Operator for our South Shore Asphalt team in Louisiana. The role requires operating a Front End Loader, ManLift, and Fork Lift, moving materials and loading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of outdoor road/construction experience, be reliable, physically fit, and able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 70 lbs. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in road or construction field working outdoors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pull or push up to 70 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme conditions (cold, heat, humidity).
• Reliability and good physical condition required.
• Operates and maintains loading and material handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Moving materials.
• Stock pile materials.
• Fueling and lubricating equipment.
• Fueling.
• Cleaning loader.
• Loading of trucks.
• Filling hoppers for the plant.
• Observe all safety protocol.
