Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC, and oil & gas equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, with trade training preferred.

Bilingual abilities may be required based on location. You will work in a safety-focused environment with an incredible team, handling a fast-paced schedule across various equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel equipment or heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience with large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Work on a variety of makes, models & equipment.
• Maintain safety standards to minimize downtime.
