Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our diverse fleet. The role requires working with equipment such as aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC systems, and generators in a fast-paced setting.

You will join a safety-focused team and contribute to reducing downtime while delivering quality service. Candidates should have 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy equipment, a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with similar diesel or heavy equipment strongly preferred.
• Flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid downtime.
• Diagnostics and repairs on a variety of equipment safely and efficiently.
