CoVolt Power, a leading EPC company for solar, BESS and high‑voltage infrastructure, seeks an Equipment Manager to lead fleet operations on major projects in the U.S. You will manage budgets, coordinate with site operations, and supervise a team of mechanics and yard staff to ensure on‑time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years of EPC equipment management experience, familiarity with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• 6-8 years of equipment management experience with an EPC contractor.
• Experience managing heavy equipment fleets in civil or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations related to equipment operations.
• Familiarity with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to supervise field personnel and meet project timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage equipment budget and cost tracking for the project.
• Coordinate with site operations, scheduling and site leadership on equipment needs.
• Oversee daily allocation and deployment of heavy equipment, tools and fleet.
• Supervise mechanics, equipment coordinators, yard personnel and support staff.
• Coordinate equipment scheduling to meet project timelines and operational needs.
• Monitor utilization rates and identify efficiency improvements to reduce idle time.
• Oversee mobilization/demobilization of equipment to/from site.
• Maintain fleet inventory records: ownership, location, hours, inspections, maintenance.
• Coordinate field repairs with internal mechanics and vendors to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and audits of equipment condition and operator practices.
• Support incident investigations involving equipment or fleet operations.
• Ensure timely completion of inspections, servicing and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with accounting via Vista Viewpoint to approve rental invoices and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.
