Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Equipment Manager to oversee the heavy equipment fleet on EPC solar/BESS projects across North America. You will manage budgets, schedule maintenance, supervise field teams, and coordinate with site leadership to meet timelines and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 6-8 years in equipment management with EPC contractors, familiarity with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP, and strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of equipment management experience in an EPC contractor setting.
• Experience managing heavy equipment fleets in civil, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations related to equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment budgets and cost tracking for projects.
• Coordinate with site operations, scheduling and site leadership on equipment needs.
• Oversee daily allocation and deployment of heavy equipment, tools, and fleet assets.
