Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate maintenance across North Texas, East Texas Ready Mix operations, and Louisiana facilities. You will guide preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and asset reliability to maximize uptime and ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to regional leadership, you will mentor maintenance teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with plant managers to drive continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in relevant industries.
• Experience with asphalt/ready‑mix operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across asphalt plants, ready‑mix facilities, and related sites.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee budgets, capital projects, and resource utilization.
• Drive asset reliability initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Provide safety leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with plant managers and regional leadership.
