Job summary

LEMOINE seeks an Equipment Fleet Manager – Logistics & Operations to lead the coordination, deployment, and optimization of the fleet across multiple infrastructure projects. You will drive dispatch, vendor relationships, and heavy-haul planning, ensuring safe, timely equipment movements and cost-effective utilization.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and field coordination with project teams, mechanics, and suppliers to maximize equipment availability and project productivity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in fleet, transportation, logistics, or construction operations with progressive responsibility.
• Experience leading fleet operations across multiple projects is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment movement planning across multiple Infrastructure projects.
• Manage daily/weekly dispatch schedules aligning with project priorities.
• Coordinate mobilization, transfer, and delivery of equipment, owned or rented.
• Oversee heavy-haul transport planning and vendor coordination.
• Monitor fleet utilization, costs, and budgeting; provide forecasts.
• Maintain fleet records, maintenance status, and compliance with DOT rules.
• Develop processes for improved visibility and fleet movement across projects.
• Lead and develop equipment fleet coordinators and dispatch personnel.
