Job summary

LEMOINE seeks an Equipment Fleet Manager – Logistics & Operations to lead the deployment, dispatch, utilization, and cost control of the fleet across multiple Infrastructure projects in Baton Rouge. You will coordinate with project teams, vendors, and field leadership to ensure timely equipment delivery, optimal utilization, and adherence to safety and budget targets.

The role requires strong experience in fleet management, heavy-haul coordination, and a strategic mindset to reduce unnecessary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in fleet, transportation, logistics, or construction operations with increasing responsibility.
• Experience coordinating movement of heavy construction equipment between multiple projects.
• Knowledge of heavy-haul transportation requirements, routing, permitting, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet logistics and deployment across multiple active Infrastructure projects.
• Oversee dispatch operations and maintain fleet-tracking systems.
• Monitor utilization and costs; coordinate maintenance and replacements.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate rates for rentals and transportation.
• Coordinate safety, permits, routing, and compliance for equipment movements.
