Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and facility operations for a workforce housing camp. The role focuses on safe, reliable infrastructure during construction, commissioning, and operations, requiring strong technical knowledge and proactive leadership.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate vendors, manage preventive programs, and ensure rapid response to issues to minimize disruption for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• 5+ years in facilities or maintenance management, in high-occupancy settings.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and controls systems.
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors in active environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance across the camp, including utilities and housing units.
• Respond rapidly to requests, work orders, and emergencies to minimize disruption.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for high-occupancy environments.
• Supervise team and coordinate external contractors for safe, quality work.
• Track work orders, costs, inventory, and provide reports to leadership.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the camp.
• Support punch-list turnover items and operational readiness.
• Mentor staff and foster accountability and excellence.
