Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of fleet, transportation, logistics, or construction-operations experience.
• Strong leadership and staffing skills for fleet Coordinators and dispatch personnel.
• Expertise with heavy civil/infrastructure projects and equipment-transportation logistics.
• Proven ability to reduce costs and optimize fleet utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of equipment movements across multiple projects.
• Develop dispatch schedules and coordinate heavy-haul transportation.
• Monitor fleet utilization, rental and transportation costs, and equipment availability.
• Negotiate with rental providers and trucking vendors to ensure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with DOT requirements and safety procedures.
