You will originate deals ranging from $3M to $30M (typical $5–$10M), travel to customer sites, present terms, and structure financing using Excel and CRM while coordinating with leadership and credit for approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years equipment finance origination experience.
• Travel to customer sites required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new equipment finance opportunities with private and public middle-market companies.
• Present Northwest's products, rates and terms to prospects in person or via meetings.
• Close equipment financing transactions and achieve volume quotas.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships and monitor market dynamics.
• Structure, design, and propose viable finance solutions.
• Utilize Excel and CRM to manage deals and pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliant financing.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
