Thompson Pipe Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Rialto, CA to lead a multi-craft team and drive reliability across high‑impact manufacturing processes. You will plan, schedule, and direct mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding work, ensuring safety, quality, and cost controls.

You will mentor technicians, manage work orders, and optimize maintenance using a CMMS. The role requires strong leadership, a maintenance background, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding disciplines.
• Ability to plan and assign work; follow safety procedures and maintain records.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and coach staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage and schedule Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians across trades.
• Oversee industrial equipment maintenance and fleet compliance.
• Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews; take corrective action as needed.
• Construct, rebuild, and repair equipment per specs and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and codes; advance 5S in the workplace.
• Direct purchasing, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs; perform diagnostics.
• Estimate labor and materials; obtain competitive pricing.
• Maintain labor, material, and work order records; operate delivery vehicles.
