Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural systems.
• Ability to supervise and motivate maintenance staff and train others.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations to plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Work with maintenance staff to complete tasks and ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural) operate correctly and coordinate repairs.
• Oversee repair or renovation projects, review bids, monitor schedules and quality.
• Estimate costs, manage materials, and track spare parts inventory and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safe practices; coordinate with Operations and Finance on budgets.
• Maintain work orders, logs, inspection reports, and regulatory paperwork.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns with production to minimize downtime.
• On-call during off hours as needed.
