Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group is seeking an Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Superintendent to lead a multi-craft maintenance team in Rialto, CA. You will plan, schedule, and elevate maintenance performance using a CMMS like MaintainX.

You’ll oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding work and ensure DOT fleet compliance. Responsibilities include coaching, training, and conducting performance reviews, while maintaining safety standards and 5S practices in a high-impact

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in one or more skilled trades.
• Valid driver's license in the work location state.

Responsibilities

• Manage, schedule, and guide Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians performing mechanics, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding work.
• Oversee industrial equipment, heavy equipment maintenance, and DOT fleet compliance.
• Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews; provide corrective action when necessary.
