Job summary

1 Resource Group is seeking a Senior Equipment Coordinator in Harrison, OH to operate heavy equipment, set up rigging systems, and move machinery safely. You will inspect gear, select appropriate rigging, and coordinate with crews to ensure OSHA-compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Knowledge of crane signaling and rigging procedures.
• Familiar with OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare loads for safe movement.
• Set and level heavy equipment and machinery.
• Select rigging gear based on load requirements.
• Maintain and inspect rigging equipment daily.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and client policies.
• Communicate with rigging crews and operators.
• Dismantle rigging systems after operations.
• Complete daily equipment inspection checklists.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Work overtime as needed.
