MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a Rigging Foreman to supervise all rigging activities on assigned projects in the Columbus, OH area. You will manage crews, schedules, safety, and client coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget gear-moving operations.

The ideal candidate has NCCCO Rigger Level II or NCCER Advanced Rigger plus a current Signalperson certification, a valid driver's license, and hands-on experience moving machinery with forklifts and rigging equipment. Travel is required.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven machinery moving foreman experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must have own hand tools.
• NCCCO Rigger Level II or NCCER Advanced Rigger certification, and Signalperson certification.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all rigging activities on assigned job sites.
• Develop crew schedules and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Direct workforce to meet safety, cost, quality and schedule goals.
• Coordinate safety training and incident investigations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
