Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in construction equipment field
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience as master mechanic or equipment superintendent preferred
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and operation

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and management of all equipment for assigned facilities to meet standards and goals.
• Set department objectives and implement strategies for an effective equipment program.
• Advise field equipment personnel to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Assist management with equipment budgets and potential purchases to meet regional goals.
• Maintain communications with local dealers and vendors for support, costs, and warranty recovery.
• Direct shop facilities staffing, training, compensation, and performance management to keep a trained workforce.
