Job summary

Midsouth Aggregates, part of CRH’s South Division, is seeking an Equipment Manager to oversee maintenance, repair, and inventory control of our machinery and tools. The role requires coordinating maintenance, tracking assets, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will work across departments to align equipment needs with projects, manage a maintenance calendar and budget, and lead a team responsible for high equipment availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of equipment management experience.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Certification in equipment management preferred.
• Experience in diagnostic software is required.

• Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and disposal of equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and compliance with safety regulations.
