Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience within an established PMO or EPMO environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience supporting application development projects preferred.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Experience within the banking or financial services industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead several concurrent enterprise-level projects from initiation through delivery.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive project planning, execution, and governance.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
• Facilitate executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Lead cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and governance deliverables.
