Job summary

Woolpert seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO supporting the Ohio regional market. You will lead cross-functional teams delivering civil, commercial, retail rollout and utility-scale projects, maintaining client relationships while ensuring project profitability and timely delivery.

This role supports in-office or hybrid work arrangements. Visa sponsorship is not provided; applicants must have work authorization in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of PM/portfolio management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience building PMO procedures, dashboards & reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects for civil, commercial, retail rollout and utility-scale work.
• Define client needs and proactively resolve issues affecting profitability and satisfaction.
• Lead project team and negotiate scope, schedule and contract terms for opportunities.
• Support business development and maintain client relationships for growth.
