Job summary

Engtal in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams across healthcare, education, and industrial markets. You will oversee project execution, client relationships, and strategic development for the local office.

You will partner with preconstruction and field leaders, manage budgets and schedules, and pursue new business opportunities while shaping the growth of the Cincinnati operation and its leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior PMs, and project teams
• Build and maintain long-term owner and client relationships
• Partner with preconstruction and field leadership from pursuit through closeout
• Oversee project financials, schedules, risk, and overall execution
• Help identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Participate in strategic planning for the Cincinnati operation
• Continue developing the next generation of leadership within the business
