Job summary

The role partners with business leaders, analysts, and developers to define objectives, maintain plans and governance, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading technology, data, analytics, or reporting initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Experience with project planning, budgets, risks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of BI, reporting, analytics, and data projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and SMEs to define objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and risk logs; track milestones and resources.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and progress updates; escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure governance and reporting; support change management and user adoption.
