Job summary

SystemsAccountants Inc. is partnering with a US-based client to fill an EPM Systems Senior Manager role. The position leads a team dedicated to supporting and enhancing Oracle PBCS-driven FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in the United States.

You will bridge Finance and Technology, collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor staff, and drive ongoing improvements across allocation rules and EPM operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in FP&A or EPM roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS and EPM platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into EPM solutions.
• Strong communication with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EPM professionals, overseeing day-to-day activities and growth.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Finance and Technology to align EPM capabilities with objectives.
• Oversee ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the EPM environment.
• Provide functional oversight of Oracle PBCS, focusing on allocation rules, financial planning, and forecasting.
• Support the development and optimization of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing EPM functionality, streamline processes, and enhance Finance systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective EPM solutions, working with technical teams and business users.
