Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM experience.
• Minimum 3 years of TOAD and SQL experience.
• Experience in financial services or accounting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, EDM, reporting) for NA and EMEA.
• Analyze, design, configure, and test enhancements to support business processes.
• Participate in Oracle EPM projects involving configuration, testing, and user training.
• Liaise with IT domains to deliver EPM functionality across infra, database, security, and operations.
• Provide day-to-day support of the EPM environment, including patches and ad hoc requests.
• Promote best practices and opportunities to improve EPM platform use.
• Produce detailed system requirements, data flows, test plans, and process docs.
• Ensure solutions align with company technology direction and change policies.
• Collaborate with Oracle development teams on interfaces and requirements.
• Provide general technical support and user training as needed.
• Participate in late-night production support and weekend activities as required.
