SystemsAccountants Inc. is partnering with a US-based client to fill an EPM Systems Senior Manager role. The position leads a team dedicated to supporting and enhancing Oracle PBCS-driven FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in the United States.

You will bridge Finance and Technology, collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor staff, and drive ongoing improvements across allocation rules and EPM operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in FP&A or EPM roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PBCS and EPM platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into EPM solutions.
• Strong communication with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders.

We are partnering with a repeat client on an exciting opportunity for an EPM Systems Senior Manager to lead and develop a team responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's EPM capabilities. This individual will play a key role in bridging Finance and Technology, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive improvements across financial planning, forecasting, allocations, and management reporting. The successful candidate will bring a combination of people leadership, strong business partnering skills, and hands‑on functional experience with Oracle PBCS.

Candidates from across the EPM landscape will be considered, provided they have prior experience working with Oracle PBCS and a solid understanding of how EPM solutions support broader Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EPM professionals, overseeing day‑to‑day activities and supporting continued team growth.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Finance and Technology to understand business requirements and align EPM capabilities with organizational objectives.
• Oversee the ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's EPM environment.
• Provide functional oversight of Oracle PBCS, with particular focus on allocation rules, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
• Support the development and optimization of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and broader FP&A processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing EPM functionality, streamline processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of Finance systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective EPM solutions, working collaboratively with technical teams and business users.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in an EPM leadership or management role, with demonstrated people management and team development experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to work across Finance and Technology.
• Hands‑on functional experience with Oracle PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
• Strong understanding of PBCS functionality, particularly allocation rules and financial planning processes.
• Knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting, enhancing, or optimizing enterprise EPM platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior Finance stakeholders.
